Job Objective:
To maximize the value delivered of the assigned products or projects by clearly understanding business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the right implementation of the Emiratization, rules and policies as appear in HR law or any decisions and directions related to replacement of the non-local employees’ processes
- Participate in preparing awards files by providing and presenting any data related to Emiratization
- Preparing presentations and reports requested from departments including any data related to Emiratization
- Provide the requirements of information and data for external parties regarding Emiratization and locals employees, and present to the regular meetings that required and replying to their inquiries
- Study suggestions and recommendations of proposals and programs related to Emiratization across RTA
- Any additional responsibilities as required by the department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
- 8 years of working experience
- Integrated human resources systems
- Human resources policies and procedures
